Why: The Bellavitano line of cheeses are creating a new taste in cheese. They are a unique blend of hard and soft Wisconsin cheeses patterned after Northern-Italian farmstead cheeses. Interviews: Sarah is available for in-store interviews Wednesday, April 22 from 9 AM to 5 PM. Media has permission to show up at the store for photographs, video footage or in-person interviews.
